After the trial, what will happen?

We will send an email informing you of the end of the trial period and you can decide if you want to continue to enjoy our service and all its features, activating an account according to your needs.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

If you want to unsubscribe you can do it from the link "Unsubscribe" in the tab "Subscription" at any time.But if we can do something to make you reconsider, because we'll miss you, contact us and tell us why.

How often ShoTools updates my list of followers unfollowers?

We try to make this process as quickly as possible, and the time varies in the number of fans / followers you have. But the average is between 30 minutes to a couple of hours.

How I can recover my password?

It's easy, just click on "Login or register" and you will see a link that says "I forgot my password." Then we'll send you an e-mail with a link which in you can reset your password.
